Sustainable Yard Transformation with Natural Rainwater Management

2 acre residential yard, no irrigation, natural water flow through yard when it rained.  We cleared the site, built a pad for future garage and RV parking, built drives with decomposed granite water and compacted for a no mud surface.  Water came across, we designed the back of lot to hold the water and use as irrigation.  This cut water needs way back, with rain water that has no salts like city water.  We also drilled holes for future trees the owner planted.  Site was bermed with a spillway on the exit side of the property.

3-Acre Hillside Restoration with Wash Control and Backyard Build-Up

This was 3 acre property on a slope on the foothills of the Superstition Mtns. A large washed rolled down without control. Rolled over wellsite and underground cistern. We graded wash, widened and dug down, added a berm against well site to manage flow. Also there was no back yard, we built up with rock onsite, nearly ft foot retention walled, filled in yard to make a flat back yard. Add a parking area for RV, boat parking on side of lot. Site was graded flat with soft flow to manage water flow.

5-Acre Property Cleanup and Irrigation Upgrade in Cornville, AZ

5 acre residence and pasture in Cornville, AZ. Cleaned fields, parkinging, ditchlines, moved trash to an area, trash pile was 15 ft wide, 120ft long, 9 ft tall. We set it with a sign on the local highway for free firewood. In 2 weeks, pile was reduced by 50%. Graded fields to flat for irrigation, rebuilt and cleaned out ditches, placed 300 feet of irrigation pipe to move water to a lower field, graded for 10,000sf for driveway, placed decomposed granite, water and compacted for a no mud drive and parking. Also put in pipe across irrigation ditch to give access to lower field.

2-Acre Flood Control and RV Pad Construction with Desert Restoration

2 acre residential property, built street up to stop flood water crossing over, laid pipe underneath, Extend pipe to recieve water and manage flow. Build large RV parking pad with 2 ft pipe to manage flow underneath. Reguilt dirt road out front of house, we regraded, sloped to flow and covered with decomposed granite, watered and compacted, matched to drive. Corrected down the road water flow to avoid erosion. Accessed through the desert to import material, restored natural desert to show no impact.

Building, rebuilding retention large and small. Laser leveled property to level, overflow rolls to retention. 

Arena & Pasture Laser Leveling with Irrigation Upgrades

Laser level an arena, plus build footing for riding. Laser pasture for irrigation. Rebuild berms, repair irrigation, valves, place slide gates, ditch dams on ditch liner plus ease access to use with walk over.
